Folder management

In the daily operation and management of enterprises, knowledge documents often require detailed partition management so that access rights can be effectively controlled. The platform has fully absorbed this kind of practical experience and designed and implemented the function of creating folders under the knowledge base. Users can place different types of files in separate folders.

How to create a folder

Click the [New Folder] button in the upper right corner of the knowledge base page and enter the folder name to create a folder.

Edit/delete folder

If you need to modify the name of the folder or delete the folder, enter the folder details page and use the [Edit] and [Delete] buttons to perform the operation.

NOTICE
  • After the folder is deleted, the knowledge in the folder will be deleted together and cannot be recovered.
  • Please use folder deletion with caution.

Member settings

The permissions of the folder are inherited from the knowledge base by default. You can switch the access permission settings of the folder through the following buttons.

Member permissions can be set according to organizational structure, member groups, and individual users.
