What types of document knowledge are supported?
- Office documents: Supports Word and PPT formats, but does not support Excel format yet.
- PDF documents: Supports unencrypted PDF files.
- Network content: Supports URL web pages in Markdown and HTML formats, and the system can regularly update and capture web page content.
How to update the file after uploading it?
- If you need to update an uploaded file, please click the [Reupload] button on the file details page to update.
How are file categories maintained?
- Access Knowledge Management in the navigation menu.
- Perform category maintenance in the [Category Management] section.
- After completing maintenance, please refresh the page to reload.
Knowledge has been uploaded to the knowledge base, but the robot reply does not find the relevant knowledge. What should I do?
- Please check the knowledge base's membership settings to make sure the member's permissions are set correctly. For operations, see:Knowledge Base Member Settings
- Please check whether the knowledge base corresponding to the robot is authorized. Unauthorized knowledge bases cannot be recalled. For operations, see: Robot Authorization Knowledge Base
How long does it take for a document to be recalled after being uploaded ?
- Once a document is uploaded, it can generally be retrieved and recalled by the system within ten minutes.
What is the maximum size of a document that can be uploaded ?
- The maximum file size allowed by the system to be uploaded is 20MB.
Does knowledge added through URL support automatic updating ?
- Supported. To enable the automatic update function, you only need to select the "Automatic update" option and set it to "Yes" when importing using the document URL, and the system will automatically update once a day.
Why is my URL document being re-encoded every day ?
- Due to changes in URL content, the system will recompile the document when an update is detected. If the page contains dynamic elements such as "XX times", "number of people online", "XX number of pages", etc., these changes will also prompt the system to perform an update encoding process.

- On the robot configuration page, find "Recommended questions", add recommended words, and save after adding.

- On the robot configuration page, find "Reply Not Found" to customize the configuration.
How to turn on/off the source of robot answers?

How to embed robots into your own systems?
- On the robot configuration page, click [Install Code], copy the code in the box, and paste it into your own system to embed the AI Q&A robot into the website.

How do I add other team members to co-manage the site?
- Expand the navigation menu [Organizational Structure] and click [Member Management] to view the members of the enterprise.
- On the member management page, click "Add Member" in the upper left corner.
- According to the prompts, enter the member's name, mobile phone number/email, department, and role in the box. After completing the filling, click "OK" to successfully add team members.
After adding members, how can I log in to the system without a password?
- Members can enter the system by registering and logging in through the system's [Unified Identity Authentication] using the mobile phone number or email address used by the administrator when adding.
What is the role of member groups?
- Member groups are mainly used for fine-grained management of permissions. You can assign a specific group of members to a member group.
- Then set the member group permissions for the knowledge base that only members of this group can access.
How to modify the company name?
- This feature is under iterative development.
