数字鸿沟（Digital Divide），是指在全球数字化进程中，不同国家、地区、行业、企业、社区之间，由于对信息、网络技术的拥有程度、应用程度以及创新能力的差别而造成的信息落差及贫富进一步两极分化的趋势。
Digital Divide refers to the information gap caused by differences in the ownership, application and innovation capabilities of information and network technologies between different countries, regions, industries, enterprises and communities in the process of global digitalization. and the trend of further polarization between rich and poor.

用户(您)在使用 AID 产品或服务的过程中，一旦出现下列的非法行为，我们将坚决抵制：

• 煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；
  Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
• 破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
  Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
• 散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；
  Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
• 散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
  Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigate crime;
• 侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的；
  Insulting or defaming others and infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
