Upload files

Files are a key component of the knowledge base, and the AI ​​robot's learning and question-answering also rely on these contents in the knowledge base.

How to upload files​

You can choose to upload files directly to the knowledge base. The access permissions for such files are the same as the knowledge base settings. Likewise, if you upload files in a folder under the knowledge base, the access permissions for those files will match the folder's permission settings.

  • Please avoid uploading PDF or PPT files in image-only format.
  • After the file is uploaded, the system may take some time to perform vectorization analysis.
