Quick access refers to the function of directly opening a dialog box through a specific web page. Users only need to enter the specified URL in the browser of their computer or mobile phone to start the conversation immediately without any additional operations, which is convenient and fast.

We recommend using the original address for display by default, such as the first long URL in the example above. This address can be opened directly in any common modern browser, and the opened page will be accessed as the currently logged in user.
Compress URL
The second address in the picture above is the compressed URL.
Using the compressed URL can make the link shorter, which makes it easier to share and spread on various platforms.
Use difference
Whether it is a long address (original address) or a short address, the effect is the same, and the user will ultimately see the long address.
When you need to add a whitelist in DingTalk or WeChat, please use the complete URL address. If you use a short link, users will be redirected to the full URL when they open it. Therefore, if you want to use short links, you need to add both the full URL and the short link to the whitelist.
